Toasty’s Hot Mulled Cider
(A Taproom Specialty!)

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite mug.

  • A bottle of your favorite Tumbling Creek Cider

  • Any combination of nutmeg, allspice, cloves, cinnamon and star anise.

  • Rum, if you’d like a little extra caramel flavor.


Instructions:

  1. On your stove or in a slow cooker, combine your favorite TC3 cider with nutmeg, allspice, cloves, star anise and cinnamon.

  2. Simmer: Heat the cider and spices over low heat for 1 hour (stovetop method) or 3 hours (slow cooker method) until the flavors meld together.

  3. Add rum (optional): If desired, add rum to the cider and stir.

  4. Ladle the cider into mugs and garnish with orange slices and cranberries.

Tumbling Creek Mule (Another specialty!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 4 oz of your favorite Tumbling Creek Cider

    • We recommend: Hellbender

  • Jaritos Lime Soda

  • Ice and some mint

  • Apple slices and mint for garnish OUR mule is Hellbender, Jaritos Lime soda, lime juice and mint.

Instructions:

  1. In a copper mug, combine vodka, lime juice, and apple cider over ice.

  2. Top with ginger beer and gently stir.

  3. Garnish with apple slices and a sprig of mint.

Gotta have our Hellbender in this spicy mule!

Cinnamon Spice Sangria

Ingredients:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine red wine, hard cider, brandy, and maple syrup.

  2. Add sliced orange, apple, and a cinnamon stick.

  3. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving over ice.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz mixed berry vodka

  • 2 oz triple sec

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 4 oz of your favorite Tumbling Creek Cider

  • Mixed berries for garnish

  • Ice

  1. In a shaker, combine mixed berry vodka, triple sec, and lemon juice over ice.

  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with hard berry cider and garnish with an assortment of fresh berries.

Maple Bourbon Cider Smash

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz maple syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 4 oz of your favorite Tumbling Creek Cider

  • Apple slices and rosemary for garnish

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine bourbon, maple syrup, and lemon juice over ice.

  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice.

  3. Top with hard apple cider and garnish with apple slices and a sprig of rosemary.
